Yorkson Creek Parkside 2 features many different floorplans including 1 master bedroom to 2 bedroom + flex room suite options. The square footage of the suites range from 803-1,646 square feet and there are 6 different floorplan options based on the size and the location of the suite within the building. The floors are a hybrid concrete/wood construction system, and the flooring underside assembly has sound-dampening insulation. Side-by-side suites each have their own separate insulated walls with each side having 2 layers of 5/8” drywall or a layer of wood under drywall.

We were in charge of the day-to-day management of the site and its progress and provide supervisors, carpenters, and general labourers to job sites.
