Forest Ridge is a 5-story low-rise condo with 177 units ranging from 645 to 1,562 square feet. The building contains 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom + den, 2 bedroom + open den, 2 bedroom + den + media, and 3 bedroom condos. Each suite comes with a large, concrete walled, storage garage that are 180 cubic feet or larger. The floors are a hybrid concrete/wood construction system, and the flooring underside assembly has sound-dampening insulation. The walls on side-by-side suites each have their own separate insulated walls with each side having 2 layers of 5/8” drywall or a layer of wood under drywall. Ceilings between suites have double layer drywall mounted on sound-bar channel to reduce sound transmission and the ceiling systems include sound dampening insulation.

We were in charge of the day-to-day management of the site and its progress and provide supervisors, carpenters, and general labourers to job sites.
