Assistance in Building Design
As part of our service, we also assist developers in the initial design of the building. Before we begin a project, we will always make sure that our project will fulfill the developer’s wishes as well as follow any jurisdictional rules each city may have for a particular area. We understand that it is imperative that the developer’s vision works according to the layout of the units and the requirement set by building code. We want to eliminate obstacles in the planning stage, so it does not have to be dealt with in the construction portion.
